Once again, SAGESA reaffirms its commitment to the local community by sponsoring the Las Chapas Fair 2025, held from 31st July to 3rd August. This event, promoted by the Marbella City Council – Department of Festivities, is a key fixture in the district’s social and cultural calendar, and we are proud to continue being part of it.

Throughout the fair, we installed our corporate photocall on the main stage — an initiative that reinforces SAGESA’s presence as a well-established company in community and property management services for over 40 years. 🚴 Prizes for the Day of the Bike: promoting healthy habits
As part of its sponsorship, SAGESA also provided all the prizes for the Day of the Bike, one of the most popular activities of the fair. This sporting and family-friendly event promotes physical activity, respect for the environment, and civic engagement — values we deeply share.

The programme includes live music performances, sports tournaments, children’s activities, and neighbourhood gatherings. The streets of Las Chapas will be filled with SAGESA-sponsored T-shirts, joy, and tradition, turning the fair into a true meeting point for residents and visitors of all ages.
